Kindly note that an unboxing video will have to be taken to show the damage or missing products from shipping. If any damage is identified, it must be reported on the same day of delivery; exchange requests will not be accepted if notified after 24 hours. In the unfortunate event of damage, please inform us promptly, and we will swiftly arrange for an exchange. If any product is missing or damaged, we will promptly replace it with a new one. Please note that refunds will not be issued unless the product is out of stock for more than 20 days from date of receiving the damaged product. CANCELLATION POLICY
Silly owl reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order prior to or post order confirmation, he/she should either call/whatsapp us at +919769226944 or email us at sillyowlwork@gmail.com stating the ORDER No. and the reason for cancellation. This cancellation has to be done prior to order dispatch.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
Terms for Cash On Delivery Orders:
Prepayment of additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is required. Please note that in the event of order rejection upon delivery, the prepaid COD charges are non-refundable. This policy ensures that the incurred shipping costs are covered regardless of the acceptance of the order. Additionally, please be aware that additional charges will have to be paid for cash on delivery options.
